Books A Million - Comic Book Rip Off

Comic books have suggested retail on cover. Books a million marks them up to any price they want. Then they advertise a buy 3 get 1 free sale and do not honor it. They would prefer to lose a customer than do what is right.

They have some interesting merchandise, but everything is overpriced. I purchased a membership online to get a discount on several hard-to-find items. Two months later, my order was cancelled since those items apparently weren't in-stock as they had claimed. When I...

Company policy encourages identity theft. I am not goimg to give my card to an associate over and over. I made a return which I thought could have been handled as an exchange, but they made it way more complicated. Then the associate gloated about how irritated she had...
