Went in store to buy a deck that had a price listed as 26.21 online. It did not say it was online only price. Went to store and it was 39.99 and the two young adult employees would not honor the price that was stated online. It’s $24 online at Barnes n Noble. At least I can pay that price and pick up in store since they also have it in stock at my location. Keep it up BAM and you be non existent in no time. Like Toys-R-Us.

Next time you sign up for a magazine trial, actually read what you're signing. It's a free trial just like with Amazon or Spotify. If you don't call and cancel you'll be automatically charged.

That happened to me too on Feb 4th, 2017. I can't believe they just do this.

I never said they could do that.

I did get bank to put my money back today. I will never go there again.

Ma'am, the first employee told you politely that dogs were not allowed in the store, unless they were service animals. You ignored her and proceeded inside anyway.

Should the second person have treated you rudely? No. But was she out of line telling you to leave the store with the dog?

Books A Million in Fultondale, Alabama - Books not scheduled to be out already on the shelf but the store will not sell them.

I visited my local BAM store,of which I am a very regular customer, and I see the next book from Tom Clancy on display. I take the book to check out only to be informed that they cannot sell me the book yet since its not scheduled to be out until the 2nd of next month. If the book is on the shelf they should sell it. If its not for sale it should not be on the shelf. I will still purchase the book but not from BAM. Its a shame the quality of workers that exist in today's society who lack the common sense to know what should and shouldn't be put out and when it should be.
