Books A Million - Poor service
I like to purchase children's Christmas books after Christmas for the next year. They are 50%.
These are not the bargain section books, but the section where you walk in. There were three bookshelves with a sign that clearly said 50% off. At checkout three rang up correctly and one did not. I asked why.
There was not a sticker on it. The other three did not have stickers either. Maybe someone just put it there by mistake. There were about ten of them.
The manager came and scanned it and said the same thing. I figured that is what would happen. I asked if she was going to move the books then. She said she would do it right now.
Sure she did!
It is a minor thing, but no wonder people shop at Amazon. The cashier did a good job in helping me out, but please, NO, I do not want to pay you more money for a membership.
