Books A Million - Disappointed
I used get word search books there. They don't have spiral bound anymore and only had 2 other word search. Don't have adult dot to dot anymore and staff aren't trained very knowledgable

Books A Million - Terrible customer service
Two lines formed on the penny per page day. one of which had twice as many cashiers making one line take hours while another was hand as long. Rather than recognize the inequality. The management did nothing to alleviate the wait time. The total disregard for the patrons has made me realize I'll never come back to this store.

I ordered a couple months ago thru these dirt bags, and was finally given a tracking number to find that my purchase had never even left their warehouse today. Hoping to see my money back very soon, or I'll be reporting them for fraud. Screw this company... Go anywhere else is my advice.
