Books A Million - TME Magazine

I canceled my card for tge same reason of getting multiple charges. I called the nunber and its a voice recording the whole way. This is rediculous. Now tell me how I get a new card and the same subscription is on it. How do I cancel this stupid charge? I am never shopping at books a million again. A year I have been dealing with this crap.

Books A Million - Disappointed!!

Ordered $70.00 book 2 months ago and I still don't have it. Main office was supposed to call me back, never did! Now I'm told they can't refund my money until book is in their hand. Well I don't have it!!! That's why I keep bothering you!! I'm done!!!! I hope Barns & Noble buys you out!!!
