Unfortunately, it is the primary function of the booksellers' jobs to sell those cards. They determine how many hours you're given and whether or not you get to actually keep your job. Trust me, the sellers hate having to push it just as much as the customers hate hearing it.

Books A Million in Leesburg, Virginia - Letter of Commendation for Employee

To Customer Service: The Leesburg, VA Books A Million location is far too small for the traffic and inventory. But you have one outstanding employee who should receive commendation and a bonus for her hard work. Left alone for a couple of weeks due to circumstances, she carried all the load herself with no help, and did beautifully. She has been with BAM for some time, needs to be promoted, is always courteous over the phone, and is always there for special orders for customers, as well as waiting on the regulars. I am a frequent customer, and never have had a bad experience with her. Her name is SANDY BUENO, ID # 130494. She is currently listed as an Associate. You are fortunate to have her, and should reward her. She came close to a breakdown putting in long hours in the store by herself (her associate was in the hospital, and no store would send her help), and though that was rectified by her recently when she hired two new people to cover, she never complained, and is always there to help the customers. You are blessed to have her. Try to keep her. Promote her, reward her, and let this communication find its way to her personnel file. My survey Entry Code (I've just taken the Survey) is 0573; my special order and my in-store purchase was made today -- 9/20/16. But I frequest the store and purchase books regularly. When I come in, Sandy is always there, covering, doing inventory, putting in new stock, ordering on line for customers, and waiting on the walk-in customers. She's always friendly and patient, quick and energetic to get what the customer needs. Do you know you have this "gem" working for you? Reward her. I was surprised to read the bad reciews here, I had a great experience with their online service. I'd never heard of them until looking for a specific series of books I was buying for my daughter. The price was good so I bought all 3, I received them quickly, a day before I was told they would arrive, everything looks good, the books were in great condition. Very happy with my purchase and likely to use them again.

So many of these reviews have happened because people can't/won't read their receipts. Your return date is on the receipt, the Auto Renew and Magazine details are on the receipt AND on a piece of paper you have to sign before you leave! Also so many of these reviews...

My thoughts exactly, it drives me crazy.

I literally tell you EVERYTHING you need to know, to cover MY ***.

if you want to tune me out during my speech and say "sure" to what im pitching.

Then your going to be signed up.

The kicker?

There is info i have to get from you, reciepts you have to sign.

Its YOUR FAULT!

You could have literally signed your life over to me without even knowing it because your to busy to listen or READ. In A BOOKSTORE FOR CRYING OUT LOOOUD!
