I order a book from this company, they told me that I would receive it in 3 to 5 days. Two weeks later I went to the store. They told me that I had to call the customer service line. The customer service Representative made fun of my speech disability and called me stupid!

I ordered a couple months ago thru these dirt bags, and was finally given a tracking number to find that my purchase had never even left their warehouse today. Hoping to see my money back very soon, or I'll be reporting them for fraud. Screw this company... Go anywhere else is my advice.

i ordered this book on Jun.23rd, paid for 2 day delivery, the book will not be delivered until Jun 29th. I could had drove and bought the book. So i call and UPS they stated the sent it regular ground. Called Sorry rip off books a million they informed me oh well thats 2 days after the ordered is prepared which was 25th ,I have proof I ordered it on 23rd. So I asked could i send the book back and get a refund, they sent me a return label, but I have to pay to send it back. they are RIP OFF, DO NOT USE.I SHOULD HAD STUCK WITH AMAZON IF YOU WANT 2 DAY SHIPPING YOU GET IT IN 2DAYS.NOT BOOKS A LIE MILLION NEVER AGAIN. I was surprised to read the bad reciews here, I had a great experience with their online service. I'd never heard of them until looking for a specific series of books I was buying for my daughter. The price was good so I bought all 3, I received them quickly, a day before I was told they would arrive, everything looks good, the books were in great condition. Very happy with my purchase and likely to use them again.

Book Review

I just stopped at the store in Branson, Missouri and I found a book of crosswords on the clearance rack for $3. When I went to pay they charged me $7 and told me that was the clearance price. I told them that it wasn't the only book of that kind on the clearance rack and still refused to give me the discounted price. I will NEVER shop there again. I will also post this on Facebook.

Books A Million - Review about Rude Staff from Houston, Texas

The BAM in defiance ohio would be enjoyable w/o the old, crotchety manager who is rude to everyone unless you're buying a discount card or signing up for whatever other bs there is to offer. She's very matter of fact and curt and even her employees can't stand working with her. They feel bad that no one had done anything about the way she treats customers. I'm honestly surprised that store stays in business.

Having worked in one of these stores, I know one of two things happened. The barista didn't tell you about the membership, in which case you should be angry.

More often than not, I will FULLY explain the card and people will still come back in and tell me I didnt tell them about the card. When saying yes to anything, be sure you have all the information.
